On 5 January 2021, it is the birthday of your favorite radio station! To celebrate its 50th birthday, FIP is presenting its listeners through a gallery of portraits that will be exhibited at the Maison de la Radio

  • ORGANIZING COMPANY

La Société Nationale de Radiodiffusion, Radio France, National Programming Company with capital of 56,560,023€, registered with the RCS of Paris under number 326 094 471, with its main office located at 116 avenue Président Kennedy 75220 Paris Cedex 16 (hereafter referred to as "Radio France "),

2. SUBJECT

Radio France is organizing the contest "Fip Prize: Listeners' Portraits" (hereafter referred to as the "Contest") which will be held from 5 January 2021 at 00:00 to 7 march 2021 at 23:59 inclusive (time zone of Paris, France, UTC +1 hour winter, UTC +2 hours summer) (hereafter referred to as the "Closing date").

The Contest, organized for the 50th anniversary of Fip, is intended for all Fip listeners, of all nationalities and with no age limit. The Contest involves taking one or several photo(s) (hereafter referred to as the "Contribution") of yourself listening to Fip. A jury will deliberate and choose the winners.

Participation in the Contest is free of charge.

The rules and principles governing the functioning of the Contest are specified in these rules (hereafter referred to as the "Rules").

These Rules express all of the conditions for participation in the Contest.

3. ACCEPTANCE

Before any participation in the Contest, the contestant (hereafter referred to as the "Contestant") declares that he/she is aware of these Rules. He/she expressly acknowledges that his/her participation in the Contest brings with it full and entire acceptance of these Rules. In general, within the framework of his/her participation in the Contest, the Contestant agrees to respect all rules of public order and good morals as well as the law, regulations and other texts applicable in France.

Consequently, any Contestants who violate one or several of the articles of these Rules and/or rules concerning public order and good morals, laws, regulations and other texts applicable in France can be deprived of the possibility to take part in the Contest and also to receive the prize that they may have won.

4. PARTICIPATION

Only participations in the Contest which respect all of the conditions defined in this article will be taken into account within the framework of the Contest.

Any package sent which is incomplete and/or which contains erroneous information and/or which contains a Contribution which does not respect the conditions and procedures of participation mentioned in this article will not be examined by the jury and the Contestant involved will not be allowed to compete.

Participation in the Contest is free of charge and with no purchase obligation, and the costs involved in participation can be reimbursed in the conditions defined in article 10 of these Rules.

4.1. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

The Contestants allowed to compete are adult or minor individuals residing in France (including the Overseas Departments and Territories).

Company officers and members of their families and all other people working on the organization of the Contest including members of the jury are not allowed to take part in the Contest.

It is specified that all minor Contestants must provide Radio France with a parental authorization duly completed and signed by his or her legal representative(s) in order to be able to take part in the Contest. The aforesaid authorization will be made available by Radio France and completed by the legal representative(s) of the minor Contestant in the conditions specified in article 4.2 below.

Radio France may cancel all or any part of the Contest if it appears that attempted fraud or concealment (concerning in particular identity, residence and/or elements of identification of the Contestants) have occurred in whatever form, particularly through computer use within the framework of participation in the Contest or the determination of the Winner(s). In this case Radio France reserves the right to not attribute the Prize to the people who have committed fraud, to permanently exclude them from any Contest or game organized by Radio France and/or to take legal actions against the people who have committed fraud before the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Through their participation in the Contest, the Contestants authorize Radio France to use, if it so desires, in particular their first and last names, their city of residence, their photograph(s) taken within the framework of the Contest and their possible radio appearances for any advertising-promotional event, without this giving them any right to remuneration or right to any other benefit. Therefore, Radio France may in particular freely publish and disseminate by all means (broadcast, web sites, mobile and connected applications, present or future, intranet, podcast, etc.) their first and last names, their city of residence, their possible appearance on the radio and their photograph(s) for 9 months of as the first publication of the Contribution by Radio France and at the latest until 31 December 2021.

4.2. MODE OF PARTICIPATION

The Contestant must take part in the Contest in the following manner:

The Contestant must take a photograph and send it to the dedicated E-mail address: "prixfip@radiofrance.com".

Registration is only by E-mail, letters sent by post will not be accepted.

- Each Contribution must be in jpeg format, 72 dpi and must not exceed 1.5 Mo (or Mb).

- Each Contribution must include in its title the name of the Contestant, the place (city and country), and the date. Example: LastnameFirstname_Place_Date.

- The Contestant can send a note to explain the context of his/her Contribution.

- The Contribution sent by the Contestant may be composed of one or several photographs. The Contestant may specify in his/her note if the photographs that make up his/her Contribution are indissociable from each other (example: series of photographs).

- By taking part, the Contestant acknowledges that all images and/or photographs that he or she presents are his/her original work and that he/she holds the rights to the images and/or photographs involved.

- Minor Contestants must attach a parental authorization completed, initialed and signed by their legal representative(s).

For the Contestant's participation to be taken into account, it must reproduce in the sending E-mail of the Contribution the following phrase: "By sending my Contribution, I declare that I am aware of and accept the rules for participation in the contest "Fip: Listeners' Portraits", with no limitation or reservations,", specifying his/her first and last names, and attaching with his/her E-mail these rules which can be download from the Fip web site.

Otherwise, Radio France will not take into account the participation of the Contestant in the Contest.

The Contestant guarantees Radio France that all of the information thus provided is complete and accurate.

4.3. CONTRIBUTION

The Contestants will have until 7 march 2021 at 23:59 inclusive (time zone of Paris, France, UTC +1 winter time, UTC +2 summer time: with the specification that the time of reception by Radio France will apply) to send their Contributions to Radio France.

4.3.1. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CONTRIBUTION

To take part in the Contest, the Contestants must send Radio France a Contribution in the form of a photographic portrait.

The Contribution must comply with the following characteristics:

- Theme: Self-portrait of the listener listening to Fip;

- Support: photograph;

- Format: .jpeg / 72 dpi;

- Maximum file size: 1.5 MB

4.3.2. SENDING OF THE CONTRIBUTION

It is specified that Radio France will accept only 1 (one) single Contribution per Contestant and as a reminder the Contestant will have until 7 march 2021 at 23:59 inclusive (time zone of Paris, France, UTC +1 winter time, UTC +2 summer time: specifying that the time of reception by Radio France will apply) to send to Radio France his/her Contribution at the following E-mail address:

4.3.3. GUARANTEES

The Contestant will make sure and guarantee to Radio France that he/she is the sole holder of all of the rights of use covering his/her Contribution and/or he/she has obtained the authorizations that may be necessary for the transmission to and use of the Contribution by Radio France in whatever way (right of personality including image rights of people and property and/or objects photographed, rights of intellectual property, rights of third parties, etc.), such that the liability of Radio France may not be sought and/or engaged with regard to the Contribution and its use in the conditions defined in article 5 below.

The Contestant also guarantees to Radio France that he/she is not bound by any obligation of exclusivity contracted with a third party of any kind and which would come into contradiction with the provisions of these Rules.

The Contestant also guarantees that his/her Contribution is not contrary to public order and good morals and, without this list being exhaustive, it must not:

- be violent, pornographic, insulting, defamatory, racist, anti-Semitic or negationist in nature;

- be susceptible by its nature to damage respect for human beings and their dignity, equality between men and women and protection of children and adolescents;

- encourage the committing of crimes and/or misdemeanors;

- encourage the consumption of illegal products;

- be uncouth or obscene in nature;

- violate or disregard rights of intellectual property (copyrights, rights of composers, publishers, trademarks, etc.) nor be susceptible to constitute infringement of the presumption of innocence or infringe on the privacy of individuals;

- respect image rights of people and property and/or objects photographed for which he/she must obtain any necessary authorizations,

- be the subject of legal actions or claims from third parties.

In general, the Contestants guarantee Radio France against all recourse, trouble, evictions, actions, and claims that could be made against it because of his/her participation in the Contest or the use that would be made of his/her Contribution in the conditions of article 5 below. Each Contestant guarantees Radio France against all recourse and claims in this regard and will cover any expenses for Radio France (including lawyers' fees and compensation) that could result from this.

It is specified that the Contributions sent to Radio France within the framework of the Contest will not be sent back to the Contestants at the expense of Radio France.

5. AUTHORIZATION FOR DISSEMINATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS

Each Contestant transfers to Radio France, for the entire world, for a period of 9 months as of the first publication of the Contribution by Radio France and at the latest until 31 December 2021, under the rights that he/she holds (particularly if applicable copyrights, artist's-performer's rights, rights of personality including image rights, etc.), the following rights covering all or part of his/her Contribution, in audio-visual version:

- reproduce and/or have reproduced, in all formats (particularly digital format for its servers), on all supports, known and unknown today, and by all technical processes known and unknown today, all or part of the Contribution, in audio-visual version, in

particular, without this list being limiting, on analog or digital supports (particularly hard disk, removable or not, web site), electronic publishing via an Internet network, in all formats required by the teams of Radio France;

- represent and/or have represented, communicate and/or have communicated to the public all or part of the Contribution, in audio-visual version, by all means particularly by means of public representation, and on all on-line communication services, linear or non-linear, by all technical means, existing or future radio, cable, satellite, Internet, UMTS, ADSL, 3G, 4G, etc.) and in particular from the web sites of Radio France including their variants and mobile and connected applications, current or future, and in the same conditions, from the web sites of third parties including the official pages of Radio France on social networks (e.g.: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and the web sites (e.g.: written press, digital press, video hosting platforms, etc.), by viewing on demand and streaming, with or without the possibility of downloading, in association with advertising or not;

- carry out or commission all adaptations, modifications, edits and all other transformations of the Contribution, in audio-visual version, as a function of the strict artistic, technical and editorial necessities of Radio France, in observance of moral rights, and in particular the right to make a sound version of the Contribution, to add any credits, comments, titles or sub-titles, in any languages, to show it, present it in sequence or in an album for the purposes of reproduction and representation;

- transfer all or part of the right indicated above to any third party of its choice;

- keep the Contribution, in an audio-visual version, for the purpose of archiving, even if the Contribution was not used by Radio France.

It is specified as of now that because of its public service missions and its editorial responsibility, Radio France has full liberty to broadcast or not, in whole or in part, each Contribution, in an audio-visual version, if it wishes to, and the Contestants in the Contest hereby accept this without reservations.

6. RESULTS AND WINNER(S)

6.1. DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER(S)

The 5 Contributions that win the Fip 1st prize and the 4 secondary prizes will be designated by the jury chosen by Radio France composed of 7 personalities from the artistic or journalistic worlds or from Radio France.

On 2 April 2021, the jury will designate, at its discretion as a function of the artistic and technical qualities of the Contribution, the Contribution which will win the Fip 1stprize and the 4 Contributions that win the 4 secondary prizes.

The deliberations of the jury are secret; they will not be the subject of any official communication. The jury reserves the right not to disseminate or exhibit Contributions of which the subject or the application of the Contestant do not correspond to the expected criteria. It also reserves the right to not attribute the Prize if no Contribution corresponds to the Contest specifications. The jury's decision is not susceptible to any recourse or challenge from the Contestants or from any third parties.

The 5 Contributions that are designated Winners will be highlighted at the exhibition "Fip: Listeners' Portraits" in May 2021 in the lobby of the Maison de la Radio, in a newsletter, on the air, on the Fip web site and on the social networks. If a Contribution chosen as a Winner is composed of several photographs, Radio France reserves the right to exhibit only one of these photographs at the Maison de la Radio, as a function in particular of the indissociable nature of the aforesaid photographs specified by the Contestant.

During the exhibition, other Contributions that were not designated as winners could also be highlighted, selected by Radio France at its full discretion.

6.2. INFORMATION FROM THE WINNER(S)

It is specified that no information of any kind will be sent to Contestants who were not designated as Winners.

The names of the Winners of the Contest will be announced publicly on the air on Fip on 2 April 2021 and the results will be published the same day on the web site of Fip available at the following address www.fip.fr as well as on the social networks of the radio station (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter). Radio France will also notify the Contest Winners by E-mail.

7. PRIZES

7.1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

As a reminder, all accessory expenses relating to the Prize (hereafter referred to as the "Prize") or the general expenses linked to the taking possession of the Prize, particularly the expenses for travel to the destination, meal and accommodations expenses, will remain at the expense of the Winners unless there is an express contrary stipulation in these Rules.

The Prize value is determined at the time of the elaboration of the Contest and may not be the subject of any challenge or revaluation for whatever reason.

The Prize is attributed personally to the Winner(s) and is not transferable. Consequently, the Prize cannot be the subject of an exchange, reimbursement or transfer, in whatever form or for whatever reason, to the benefit of a third party at the request of the Winner(s) involved.

In the event of the withdrawal or renunciation of the Winner(s) (for whatever reason) of the Prize offered, Radio France reserves the right to cancel the attribution of the Prize and to reattribute the Prize to the Contestant in the directly lower place or, if necessary, through a new drawing.

The Prize is not exchangeable for any other winnings and cannot be the subject of a partial or total reimbursement, including cases of loss or theft.

Radio France reserves the right to replace all or part of the Prize with another prize of the same nature and of at least equivalent value, particularly in the event of the non-availability of the initially planned Prize, without compensation to the Winner(s) and with no possibility of Radio France being held liable in this regard.

Notwithstanding the preceding points, the Contestants are aware of the health context, particularly regarding the COVID 19 epidemic in which the Contest is being held. Radio France thus wishes, with this article, to provide for the possible consequences that could be caused by the imposing of new health measures impacting the country's social and economic organization.

If the public authorities, because of the evolution of the aforesaid pandemic, were to decree decisions, instructions or recommendations that could affect the submission or use of the Prize in the conditions initially planned, Radio France agrees to make its best efforts to guarantee the submission and use of the Prize in the best conditions possible while respecting the health constraints.

As such, for example, if travel were not allowed during a certain period, Radio France would do everything possible with regard to its partners providing the Prize so that the journey could be postponed to a later date.

If Radio France did not manage to maintain the submission or use, even downgraded, of the Prize in accordance with the points above, it cannot be held liable and no compensation will be due to the Winner(s).

7.2. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZES

- One Winner will win the 1st Prize which includes for 2 people:

· an invitation for a VIP day in the premises of Fip on Monday 21 June 2021,

· subject to the evolution of the health crises linked to Covid-19, an invitation to the concert of 21 June in the evening in a place to be determined later,

· as well as a pass for a visit to Historical Monuments.

- 4 Winners will win the 4 secondary prizes each including several objects released on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Fip.

- The Contributions of each Winner will be highlighted for the occasion of the exhibition "Fip: Listeners' Portraits" at the Maison de la Radio from May until the end of June 2021.

The Prize can be used by the Winner(s) in accordance with the instructions and possible time limits that will be announced later on by Radio France (e.g.: providing of an identity document) and/or appearing in these Rules.

7.3. PRIZE AWARDING PROCEDURES

a) The 1st Prize will be awarded on site by Radio France

The Winner of the 1st Prize, as well as the accompanying person of his or her choice, will be invited to come to the Maison de la Radio, 116 avenue du Président Kennedy, 75016 Paris on 21 June 2021 to receive the Prize according to the procedure indicated below.

To attribute the 1st Prize, Radio France will request in advance from the Winner, within a period of 7 (seven) working days as of the date of proclamation of the result of the Contest involving him or her,

a copy or his or her identity document and a copy of the discharge of liability completed and signed, which Radio France will have sent him/her in advance.

In the absence of the providing of these documents within the time allowed or if the information delivered is incomplete or inaccurate, the 1st Prize involved will not be submitted to the Winner and Radio France reserves the right to attribute the 1st Prize to the Contestant in the next directly lower place.

The Winner can use the 1st Prize according to the instructions, particularly with regard to the legal and administrative obligations imposed by the 1st Prize, which will be communicated by Radio France.

b) The secondary Prizes will be sent by post by Radio France

To attribute the 4 secondary Prizes, Radio France will request from each of the 4 Winners, within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days as of the date of proclamation of the result of the Contest involving them, a copy of an identity document, a telephone number, an E-mail address and a postal address for the reception of the 4 secondary Prizes.

If this identity document is not provided within the allowed time period or if the information delivered is incomplete or inaccurate, the secondary Prizes involved will not be submitted to the Winners and Radio France reserves the right to attribute the secondary Prizes to the Contestant of the Contest in the next lower place.

Once the identity document has been received by Radio France, it will send each of the 4 Winners the secondary Prizes due to them, by post to the postal address that they will have provided to it for the reception of the secondary Prizes. It is specified that Radio France may not be held liable for any lateness, loss or disorders that could occur relating to the delivery of the secondary Prizes.

8. PERSONAL DATA

All Contestants are informed that personal data concerning them is collected by Radio France on the occasion of their participation in the Contest. This means their first and last names, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address.

Radio France agrees to respect the provisions of law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 concerning computer files and liberties amended, and European Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2017 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of data of a personal nature of which the purposes are:

- management of participations in the Contest;

- follow-up for Contestants and Winners;

- informing and identification of the Winners;

- submission of the Prizes;

- realization of statistics.

The data collected is intended for Radio France. Under no circumstances is such data collected and/or transferred to third parties without the prior consent of the individuals concerned, or transferred outside the European Union. Radio France will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security adapted to the risks.

The data collected will be kept for the duration provided for by Simplified standard No. 48.

The data collected are the last name, first name, telephone number, address and E-mail.

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 regarding computer files and liberties amended, and European regulation No. 2016-679 of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of personal data and the regulations in effect, the people involved have a right of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and portability of the data concerning them, as well as a right of limitation of the processing. The people involved can exercise the rights cited in this section by sending an E-mail to the following E-mail address dpdp@radiofrance.com or a letter to the following address: Radio France, Délégation à la Protection des Données Personnelles, 116 avenue du Président Kennedy, 75220 PARIS Cedex 16, clearly specifying the purpose of their request, and enclosing a copy of their identity document.

In accordance with the abovementioned provisions, Contestants whose personal data is collected within the framework of these rules can also define directives concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of the data concerning them after their deaths.

To do this, Contestants must register the aforesaid directives with Radio France. As such, they can choose a person who will be in charge of carrying out these directives or, failing that, it will be their heirs. Contestants may modify these directives at any time.

It is also proposed to the Contestants that they subscribe to newsletters concerning the news and events organized by Radio France and its chains for commercial or information purposes as well as partner offers and to receive, if applicable, offers concerning the services and events of Radio France and its chains and from its Partners. After registering, Contestants can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link provided for this purpose within the newsletter E-mail. In this case, the Contestants' data are deleted permanently from the database of the newsletter involved.

When Contestants agree to also receive offers from Partners of Radio France, the data collected is then transmitted to the Partners of Radio France who will send their offers directly to these Contestants. In order to unsubscribe from Partner newsletters, Contestants must follow the instructions in the E-mails of the aforesaid Partners.

Radio France is responsible for the processing of personal data handled by it on its web sites and services, to the exclusion of processing of data of a personal nature carried out by third parties.

9. LIABILITY AND GUARANTEES

Participation in the Contest implies Contestants' awareness and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performances, the response time for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, and more generally the risks inherent to all connections and transmissions on the Internet, the absence of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the Internet.

Consequently, Radio France may in no in event be held liable, without this list being limiting:

- For the transmission and/or reception of any data, content and/or information on the Internet;

- Any malfunctions of the Internet hindering the smooth running / functioning of the Contest;

- Failures of any reception equipment or communication lines;

- The loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, the loss of any data;

- Transmission problems;

- The functioning of any software;

- The consequences of any viruses, computer bugs, anomalies, technical failures;

- Any damage caused to the computer of a Contestant in the Contest;

- Any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, hindering or limiting the possibility to take part in the Contest or having damaged the system of a Contestant.

Radio France cannot be held liable if the Contribution duly sent by a Contestant in the conditions of participation specified in these Rules is not received by it for any reason or if the Contestant did not respect the participation conditions, for example: the data sent by the Contestant was incomplete or unusable (e.g. file unreadable) or the item was sent to the wrong "URL", E-mail or postal address.

Radio France cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage stemming from an error or omission, interruption, loss of data, malfunction or if the Contestant does not manage to access, participate in the Contest or any direct or indirect damage which results from a connection on the Radio France Internet sites. It is specified that it is up to the Contestant to take all appropriate measures to protect his or her own data and/or software and/or hardware against all damage. Radio France cannot be held liable for postal disturbances or disorders.

In no event may Radio France's liability be engaged by the Prizes submitted to the Winner(s) of the Contest, whether for the time frames for submission of the Prize, the quality of the Prizes with respect to that announced or expected, the procedures for submission or possible damage of any nature (economic, bodily injury, moral, etc.) that the Winner(s) could suffer due to the Prizes or their use, including cases where the Prize is submitted or offered by a Partner or Partners.

In general, the liability of Radio France cannot be sought for any prejudice (financial, material, moral, bodily or other) suffered by the Contestant on the occasion of the participation in the Contest which is not due to it or to its personnel.

10. REIMBURSEMENT

All Contestants may, by written request, obtain the reimbursement of the following expenses:

- costs of connection to the Internet,

- telephone communication expenses,

- costs for postage necessary for all requests for reimbursement of participation expenses.

Stamp expenses will be reimbursed based on the slow rate in effect on the day of receipt of the request.

The expenses for connection to the Internet will be reimbursed based on three (3) minutes at the reduced rate of 0.15 euros including VAT per minute and upon presentation of a receipt from an Internet access provider, with the specification that this reimbursement will be refused if the Contestant has a subscription giving him or her unlimited Internet access.

Expenses for telephone communications will be reimbursed upon presentation of a receipt from the supplier of the telephone line, with the specification that this reimbursement will be refused if the Contestant has a subscription giving him or her unlimited calls.

Contestant must send his/her reimbursement request on a separate sheet of paper in a stamped envelope made out to the following address:

The following must be enclosed:

- photocopy of an identity document;

- Contestant's postal address;

- a bank information document (RIB);

- all proofs of payments made for taking part in the Contest or to obtain reimbursement of these expenses. The Contestant's name must be legible on the aforesaid proofs of payment.

The reimbursement is made in the limit of one reimbursement per Contestant having taken part in the Contest. The reimbursement can be made by bank transfer or can be sent by money order, at Radio France's choice.

Reimbursement requests must be formulated within fifteen (15) days of the Date of Closing of the Contest; otherwise, they will not be examined, as in the case of incomplete requests.

11. RULES FOR PUBLIC VISITS WITHIN THE MAISON DE LA RADIO AND GENERAL TERMS OF SALE OF THE MAISON DE LA RADIO

In the event of their movement within the Maison de la Radio, the Winner(s) agree to be aware of and to respect, if applicable:

- the rules for public visits within the Maison de la Radio available at the following address: http://www\.maisondelaradio\.fr/sites/default/files/asset/document/R%C3%A8glementVisiteMDLR\.pdf ;

- The general terms of sale of the Web site of the Maison de la Radio, available at the following address: http://www\.maisondelaradio\.fr/page/conditions\-generales\-de\-vente\.

12. MODIFICATION

Radio France reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, extend, shorten at any time these Rules by rider or to cancel the Contest. Radio France cannot be held liable for this reason. It can announce these modifications by any means to the Contestants.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

In the case of occurrence of a Force Majeure event as provided for by article 1218 of the civil code, French jurisprudence and this article, Radio France will not be held responsible in particular for the suspension or cancellation of the Contest, or for the partial or total impossibility for the Winners to benefit from the Prize, and will not owe any compensation in this regard.

Within the framework of these Rules, the following in particular are considered cases of force majeure:

- the non-availability of the place of the event and the exhibition following a fire, attack, vandalism, sabotage or act of terrorism, riots;

- epidemics;

- serious threats to the safety of property and people;

- legislative or regulatory provisions and, more generally, any measure with binding force taken by any competent authority;

- atmospheric disasters, hurricanes, tornadoes, storms, frost, earthquakes;

- in-house strike at Radio France.

14. REGISTRATION AND ACCESSIBILITY OF THE RULES

The Contest Rules and their modifying rider(s) are registered with SCP LIEVIN, huissiers de justice associés, 156, boulevard Magenta 75010 Paris.

The Rules can be consulted on the web site at the following URL address: www.fip.fr. In the event of a modification of the Rules, the latest version of the Rules and its modifying rider(s) can be consulted at the same address.

15. AGREEMENT OF PROOF

Unless there is an obvious error, the information resulting from the systems of the Contest and more generally from all of the electronic services of Radio France will have probative value in all disputes regarding elements of connection and computer processing of information relating to the Contest.

For the participation of a Contestant to be taken into account, he/she must return to Radio France these Rules as an attachment to his/her E-mail for sending the Contribution to the following e-mail address: prixfip@radiofrance.com, accompanied by the reproduction of the following wording: "By sending my Contribution, I declare that I am aware of and accept the rules for participation in the contest "Fip: Listeners' Portraits", with no limitation or reservations.".

If the Contestant is a minor, these Rules must be initialed and signed by his/her legal representative(s) and he/she must include with the submission a parental authorization, of which a model is made available on the following web page www.fip.fr , duly completed, initialed and signed by his/her legal representative(s) with a copy of the identity document of his legal representative(s).

16. CHALLENGES

All challenges regarding the Contest must be made by registered letter with confirmation of receipt sent to the postal address of the Contest mentioned in article 10 above and must be formulated within a period of 1 (one) month as of the Date of Closing of the Contest, after which it will not be examined.

17. APPLICABLE LAW

These Rules will be subject in all respects to French law.

All cases not provided for in the Rules, or any unexpected questions that arise will be settled supremely according to the nature of the question by Radio France in observance of French law.
